Premier Realty announces the addition to our sales team, Mr. Jim Rerisi, J.D. Jim has a background that brings new dimensions to his abilities which benefit his customers. Jim has a Juris Doctorate of Law Degree from Hofstra Law School, NY (1978), a BS in Business from NY Institute of Technology (1975) and a degree in Building Construction. Jim currently holds Board positions with two companies that provide additional and important services to his real estate customers. First, Jim is the Director of Services for Payroll Services of America who provides complete payroll and accounting services to his corporate customers. Additionally, Jim was recently appointed as the Assistant Director and Board member to ICapVentures, Inc. This unique company provides large scale loans from a minimum of 5MM to 100MM dollars without Personal Guarantees or Interest provided the company meets the criteria. Jim started in a NY Police Department and retired as Assistant to the Commissioner of Police in charge of Legal Affairs. Jim built a Law Firm and as a Practicing Attorney and Managing Partner, handled all phases of the law. In 1992 Jim moved to St. Augustine, FL. Here he married the beautiful and gracious Connie Ramistella in 1995 and together raised her two young boys into fine men. In 1998 Jim and Connie started an Eye Wear company, known as The AZTEC Group. The company grew to national status providing products to: Walgreen’s, Scotty’s, Travel America Stores, US Coast Guard, US Navy, Do It Best’s 4,800 hardware stores and Discount Auto Parts with 3,500 stores. After selling the company in 2007 they began building custom homes in South Carolina. Jim has been a Board member of Rotary, Kiwanis and Sertoma. Now Jim wants to share his contacts and wealth of Legal expertise and experiences to assist you or a friend with your real estate needs in Residential, Commercial, Industrial properties as well as Land and Housing Developments.
